2017-18 Destination Imagination “Change of Tune”
As the kids get older, they get busier. The team met only once as a full group, on the morning of the State Championships. Luke and Andrew met 3 times during February vacation week and they produced the script and songs. Andrew and Luke met several times after February vacation to build the set, purchase the costumes, revise the script and rehearse the songs. Hanlan joined Andrew and Luke to better develop the characters and setting. Myles swooped in to be the narrator, which was created to recognize his busy schedule. Braedan joined at the last minute in order to help team complete several important tasks during the performance. This would not have been possible for a rookie team, but this group has been together for a long time. This was Luke’s 7th year, Andrew’s 6th year, Myles’ fifth year and Hanlan’s fourth year.
