The team accomplished a tremendous amount in a short time period. We started meeting in late January and had a total of 17 work sessions over 8 weeks. The team watched loads of videos from Monty Python, SNL, Jimmy Fallon, Trevor Noah, Seth Myers, Buster Keaton, Charlie Chaplin, classic TV Wonder Woman, Batman and so on. The kids wrote a thoughtful satire about how President Trump is assaulting creativity with executive orders and how a six armed alien uses twitter to thwart President Trump. In the process, the kids wrote a few catchy songs, some scathing satire and they learned to knit.
