VT Championships 2026 Decode

The team finished 4rth overall and earned an invitation to a premiere event of their choice, which included advancement opportunities in Canda, Mexico, the Netherlands and Turkey.

The team won the control award for their autonomous operation of their robot along with their adaptive shooter control system which used a web cam to read April Tags to measure distance to target, and then they converted that distance to an initial velocity of their shooter based on their fixed launch angle. 

The was the Second See Alliance Captain and they patterned with Flying Tigers, who they won the Norwich Qualifier with. During the qualification rounds, they set the high score for the morning at 101 points and but they also experienced multiple issues with their battery.

Playoffs were tough. In their final match, their alliance partner lost a wheel was unable to drive after that.
